CAROLINE :After attempting lessons in a manual car with 2 other instructors, I had no confidence & thought I would never be able to drive. I then started lessons in Richard’s automatic car and it was the best thing that I ever did! He explains everything thoroughly and teaches in an uncomplicated way which makes driving seem so easy. He encouraged me through my theory & practical tests so that I am now a confident driver & am enjoying the independence that it brings. I can’t thank him enough!
HANNAH FLANDERS: I started driving again after a 14 year break and a bus accident that left me as an amputee and needing to drive an automatic car. Taking a semi-intensive course with True drive in Blyth was great! I was nervous but Richard is patient, doesn’t get stressed or cross and makes driving seem easy. He also pushes and encourages when its needed! I passed at the end of the course and am now able to be more independent. I’m even beginning to trust other drivers on the road! Thanks again

Richard Gornell : I have had 40 hrs driving tuition from Richard and i must say that i am very satisfied with his pleasent, calm and professional approach to instructing. He made me feel relaxed and his techniques helped me to become a confident, safe and comfortable driver. So much so that i believe due to his tutoridge i passed my driving test on my first attempt. Having never driven a car before, Richard had me confident enough to take my test after just 25 hours of driving. He’s method of teaching is thorough and I felt like everything was taught at a pace that suited me best.
